For a bodybuilder of his reputation, this product is very much beneath him. The whole thing just looks like a copy of an article on leg training he did a long time ago for Flex or Muscle and Fitness. Maybe he considers the xeroxed cover copies to be the photo. The mailing envelope said, Photos Inside. If so, then the price goes down a little to $2.50 a sheet. That comes to $3.00 a sheet! You do get a cover sheet with 2 of his pictures on it which is the xerox copy of the real manual's cover, so maybe he counts that as 6 sheets. You get about 5 sheets of xeroxed copy paper for $15.00. The pages are numbered in by hand with an ink pen or pencil in the upper left hand corner. Fine, but the quality of the pictures is so poor (black), that you can hardly tell what its supposed to be. He says on his website that what you are getting is a xeroxed copy.
If any of you are thinking of ordering this manual from his website, save yourself $15.00 and DON'T. I just received a copy of Tom Platz's Leg Training Manual to add to my collection and sad to say but I was really shocked at the poor quality.
